White mailer boxes suit skincare, jewellery and fashion brands that want a clean, quiet look. They're also the box people are most often surprised by when the sample arrives, because there's more than one white. We design them free, you do not have to pay for dies or plates, and you can start with a small run.

Which Shade of White?

The standard option is white-lined board, a white sheet on the outside of ordinary brown corrugated. It's bright enough for most brands, but next to very white packaging it can look a little warm, close to cream. Fully white board is white on both faces, and it costs a bit more. Look at the sample in daylight next to your product before deciding. Office lighting makes every white look slightly yellow.

The Inside

On white-lined board the inside of the box is brown. Some brands like that contrast when the lid opens. Others want white all the way through, which means fully white board or a printed inside. It's a quick call once the sample is in your hand.

Marks and Scuffs

Bare white board picks up grey marks from sorting belts and gloves. Before the full run, send a sample to yourself through the courier you actually use and look at the corners when it comes back. If it arrives looking handled, a matte lamination solves it, and it wipes clean.

Printed or Plain

Plenty of our clients never print on the box. They order plain white shipping boxes in the UAE, add a logo sticker on the lid, and use one size across several products. We can make the custom stickers in the same order. When there is print, a foil logo on matte white is the most common choice.

Turnaround and Delivery

There's no fixed size list. Every box is cut to your product plus any tissue or insert, so send us those measurements. Runs are usually ready within 10 days of approval and arrive flat, delivered free anywhere in the emirates. Board is E flute by default, with B flute for heavier products.
