Custom Mailer Boxes in Dubai & the UAE

Most brands that come to us for custom mailer boxes have the product and a logo ready, but haven't had to think about flute sizes or tuck flaps before. That's normal, and it's the part we handle. You bring the product. We work out the box, design it with you free of charge, and make it here in the UAE, with no die or plate fees and a first order small enough to test the idea at wholesale pricing.

Sizes

Every mailer is made to the inside size of your product plus whatever holds it in place. We need length, width and height in millimetres, and the weight. For anything oddly shaped, send one over and we'll measure it ourselves. A centimetre too big and the product knocks around in the courier van. A centimetre too small and the lid won't close.

Mailer Styles

Most of what we make is the roll end tuck front. The side walls fold double and roll down into the base, the front flap tucks in, and the box shuts without tape and keeps its shape in a stack. Flat items like clothing and books can go in a tuck top mailer, which uses less board and costs a little less.

Board

Our default is E flute corrugated, about 1.5 mm thick, because print sits well on it. Once a packed box goes past a couple of kilos, or there's glass inside, we'll move you up to B flute. It's thicker and copes far better with candles, ceramics and small appliances. The outer face can be kraft brown or white, and colours come out brighter on white.

Printing and Finishes

One- or two-colour logos print straight onto the board. For full-colour artwork we print offset onto a separate sheet and laminate it to the corrugated board, so the ridges don't show through gradients or small text. We can print the inside of the lid too, which is where a lot of brands put a thank-you line. Finishes include matte, gloss and soft-touch lamination, spot UV and gold foil.

Proof and Sample

You'll get the dieline as a PDF first, with your artwork laid on the box drawn flat. Check the lid panel and make sure the logo will be the right way up once it folds over. It catches people out more than you'd expect. Before the full run, we make one real mailer to size. Put the product in, close it, and turn it upside down. If it moves, it needs an insert, and adding one now costs far less than after a thousand custom mailer boxes are cut.

Turnaround and Delivery

Production of custom mailer boxes usually takes 7 to 10 days from artwork approval, and we can rush it if you have a launch date. Mailers arrive flat in bundles, delivered free anywhere in the seven emirates. We've completed more than 10,000 orders, and about one in 400 has ended in a refund.
