This Delivery Information page explains how orders are produced, dispatched, and delivered for customboxesuae.ae. Because custom packaging is manufactured to order, delivery timelines depend on artwork approval, production complexity, and destination.

Order Stages and Timeline

  • Quote & specification confirmation: box style, size, quantity, material, print, and finishing.
  • Artwork & proofing: dieline alignment and proof approval required before production.
  • Production: manufacturing begins only after approval and payment confirmation (where applicable).
  • Dispatch & delivery: courier/transport arranged based on destination and shipment size.

Estimated delivery dates (if provided) are targets, not guarantees, and may change due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons).

Delivery Destinations

UAE delivery: available to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain (subject to carrier coverage).

GCC / international delivery: may be available on request depending on order type, documentation, and courier options.

Shipping costs, invoices, and VAT

Shipping charges (if any) are confirmed at quotation. You will receive an invoice for your order. VAT treatment depends on your business status and the transaction details. Where VAT is applicable, it is charged at the standard rate in the UAE (5%) in accordance with UAE VAT legislation.

Address Accuracy and delivery attempts

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including contact number, building name, and any access instructions. Failed delivery attempts or re-routing due to incorrect address information may result in additional charges or delays.

Inspection on arrival

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting cartons and reporting any transit damage as soon as possible. If outer cartons show visible damage, take clear photos before opening and retain packaging for carrier review.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss or damage may transfer according to the agreed delivery terms for your quote. If you require specific delivery terms (e.g., insured delivery), request this at quotation stage.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs inspections, government actions, labor disputes, or events of force majeure.
