These Terms & Conditions govern your use of customboxesuae.ae and any quotation, purchase, or order placed with Custom Boxes UAE ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Key UAE legal alignment (summary)

E-commerce: intended to align with UAE requirements applicable to trading by modern technological means.

2. Definitions

• "Custom Product" means packaging produced to your specifications (size, print, finish, structure).
• "Proof" means the approved digital mockup/dieline/layout confirming print intent prior to production.
• "Working Day" means a business day in the UAE.

3. Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote (or, if not stated, a reasonable period).
• Pricing depends on specifications you provide; changes in size, material, finishing, or quantity may change the price.

4. Orders, proofs, and approvals

• Production begins only after you approve the proof and we confirm the order details.
• You are responsible for verifying spelling, dimensions, barcodes/QR codes, and artwork placement before approval.
• Minor variations may occur due to printing tolerances, material batches, and finishing processes.

5. Customer-supplied content and intellectual property

• You confirm you own or have rights to use any logos, trademarks, images, or text you submit.
• You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, or prohibited content.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from materials you provide.

6. Payments and invoices

1. Payment terms are stated in your quote/invoice.
2. We may require full or partial prepayment for Custom Products.
3. We will issue an invoice for your order as required for recordkeeping and consumer documentation.

7. Delivery

Delivery terms, shipping method, and estimated timeline are provided in your quote. You are responsible for accurate delivery details. See our Delivery Information page for additional details.

8. Returns and cancellations (custom products)

Because packaging is custom-manufactured to your specifications, returns for change of mind are generally not accepted once production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately—cancellation may not be possible after proof approval or production start, and fees may apply. Nothing in this clause is intended to remove any consumer rights that cannot be waived under UAE law.

9. Reprints and defects

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof, notify us within the timeframe stated in our Reprinting Policy. Remedies may include reprinting, replacement, or credit at our discretion after verification.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational damage. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where such limitation is not permitted under UAE law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
