Custom Gable Boxes in Dubai & the UAE

Gable boxes are small house-shaped boxes with a handle on the roof, used in bakeries, chocolate shops, and party stores. We make custom gable boxes from printed white board or kraft, sized to what goes in, with free design and no charge for the cutting die.

How They're Made

The artwork is printed onto a large sheet of board, several boxes to a sheet, using soy vegetable ink. A die made to your size then cuts the outline, creases every fold, and punches the handle slot through both roof panels in one stroke. Each box gets one glued seam down the side and is packed flat. White board gives the brightest color. Kraft suits a natural, handmade look and prints best with darker inks, because light colors sink into the brown.

Base Options

A plain tuck base is fine for light items like cookies or party favors. For anything with weight, we'd glue an auto-lock base at the factory, so the bottom drops into place when your staff opens the box. It costs a little more and saves a lot of time behind the counter on a busy day.

Food and Inserts

Cupcakes and pastries usually sit on a card insert, so they don't slide when the box swings. If unwrapped food touches the board, say so when you order. The board must be food-contact safe, and we confirm that before production. Jars and bottles are better in a corrugated gable box.

Printing the Roof

The roof panels are what people see first when the box is carried, so design them as well as the front. We can cut a window into a side panel at the die stage if you want the product on show.

Turnaround and Delivery

Most runs take 7 to 10 days. Boxes arrive flat, and a few hundred fit on one shelf, which matters in a small shop. Delivery is free anywhere in the UAE, and gable box packaging in Dubai can be reordered from the same artwork file.
